Directly beside the building, you’ll find a limited number of spaces that includes our accessible parking. There is additional parking in the lot behind our building and along the street.

If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can discuss your options. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your originally scheduled service.

We require a credit card to hold all appointments. The card will be charged upon the completion of a service, and you have the option to pay with a different method upon check out.
In the instance of a cancellation and/or reschedule that occurs less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, late arrivals, or no-show appointments. Guests are requested to give a minimum 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows our stylists and coordinators an appropriate amount of time to book another guest. If you cancel your appointment and/or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, do not show up to an appointment, or arrive over 15 min late. You will pay a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. This will be charged to your credit card on file.

This way you are always assured of personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illness or unexpected travel plans.

In order to offer a relaxing environment and safety for all of our guests, we ask you arrange for childcare prior to your visit.
Children receiving services ages 7 and under need a parent by their side at all times.
Any minors age 17 or under receiving services must have their parent or guardian present for the consultation.
Children not receiving services must be in the waiting area, accompanied by another adult. This is for both the safety of your child and the experience of our guests.
Please understand if you arrive with a child under the age of 10 without anyone to supervise them, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please feel free to contact our Salon Director immediately so that we may resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
