Courtney
There’s a reason why she’s our Visionary Alchemist! Courtney has been behind the chair since 2006. Over 10 years ago, she co-founded Alchemy Salon with her business partner Teresa, who is now retired. Courtney has an unbelievable amount of creativity, heart and drive. She has selflessly devoted herself to her guests, our team and to Alchemy. No one believes in growth and transformation more than she does. She's excited to continue developing visionary ideas that push the creative ceiling and elevate the environment for both you and our Alchemy team.

Nicole
Originally from Southern California, Nicole and her family moved to Tennessee for a change of pace. She's light-hearted, goofy and easy to talk to! She's one of our Lead Alchemists and has been taking care of people behind the chair since 2013. Nicole specializes in blonding, bridal hair, beaded weft extensions and Brazilian Blowouts (say that 3 times fast!) When she's not at the salon, she's either outdoors with her family or cuddling with her puppies!

David
David grew up in Morristown and began his salon career in 2012. With over 10 years of experience, David is our resident curl connoisseur and color correction ace. His laugh is contagious and even if you've just met him, it feels like you've known him for years. In his free time, you can find David lifting weights, playing video games and watching scary movies with his 2 cats.

Jessica
Jessica is a Maryville native that has been behind the chair since 2016. She's always been artsy, so doing hair felt natural to her. She loves color and shapes, which makes sense considering she's also an extremely talented painter. She's all about the details, so it's no surprise that her favorite services are blonding, balayage and short, edgy haircuts! She loves painting and hanging out with her family and 2 dogs.

Brittney “Bo”
Don't be surprised if you recognize Brittney! She was born and raised right here in Knoxville. Brittney has worked as a stylist since 2018. Growing up, she watched her aunt style hair and instantly felt drawn to it. Her favorite Christmas gift growing up was actually a mannequin head! Brittney's favorite services to do are blonding and bold, vivid colors. You'd never guess from her cheerful, upbeat attitude, but she loves scary movies! She's been to over 40 concerts, so you could say she's part of the band.

Abigail
Abigail is a Morristown native that calls Knoxville home now! She began her hair journey in 2019. Becoming a stylist was a natural step for her since she always did friends’ hair when she was younger. She loves blonding, dimensional color, hair extensions and long layered haircuts. Abigail loves the beach, country music and being a mom. Outside of the salon, she’s either spending time with her son or planning their next adventure!

Molly
Molly started her career as as stylist in 2020 and joined Alchemy in 2022 after moving to Knoxville from Spokane, Washington. She’s always been very creative, which is what led her to art school and eventually hair. Molly's favorite part of being a stylist is helping people to feel beautiful. Her favorite services to do are blondes and shag haircuts. When she's not at the salon, you can find her camping with her family or hanging at a local brewery with her friends.

Haley
Haley was born in Virginia but made Knoxville her home when she moved here as a kid with her family! She joined Alchemy at the start of 2023 and loves blondes, bold vivid color, and curly hair - hair that’s full of personality (just like her!). With her sun in Leo, it’s no surprise Haley brings big energy, major charm, and a little flair everywhere she goes. She’s a cat mom, a karaoke queen who always picks a banger, a thrifting pro with an eye for the coolest finds, and a total coffee connoisseur. Be sure to ask her favorite local spot is!
Arionna
Meet Arionna – born and raised in Maryville! She’s always had a passion for fashion and a love for connecting with people, so stepping into the salon world felt like the perfect match. After graduating beauty school, she found her home at Alchemy in 2024 and hit the ground running in our apprenticeship program. Now, she’s officially behind the chair and loving every minute of it! When she’s at Alchemy, you’ll probably catch her thrifting for her next statement piece (always with an iced coffee in hand, of course).
Mea
Say hello to our aesthetician, Mea! A recent transplant to Knoxville, she moved here with her husband from western North Carolina. Mia began her aesthetics journey in 2024, after completing a Bachelors in Psychology with a focus in Biology. Her strong educational foundation, paired with her passion for skincare and a thoughtful, empathetic touch, results in services that are both scientifically informed and deeply relaxing. When she's not helping you unwind and glow, you can find her hiking, playing with her two cats or taking care of her plants.

Dawn
Dawn is an Alchemy veteran and has been with us since 2013! You may recognize her as the friendly face behind our front desk, checking you in for appointments and taking your phone calls. She's our amazing Assistant Salon Director that helps everything run smoothly day-to-day! Dawn is a huge fan of plays and musicals. She also always knows the best places to grab a drink and bite to eat. Make sure to ask what her fave spots next time you're in!
